I organized a Summer music series at Ben and Jerry's Midtown, a weekly event that showcased local performers, face painting, games, and overall fun.
Taking on the responsibility single-handedly, I faced the challenge of a minimal budget but successfully secured performers and face painters through local advertisements and networking efforts.
To promote the event, I ran targeted social media advertisements on Facebook and Instagram, designed eye-catching in-shop flyers, and personally reached out to our regular customers to encourage attendance.
The result of these efforts was a remarkable 23% increase in revenue compared to the same day and time in the previous quarter, highlighting the success of the event series.
